Privacy

Listings never show names, addresses, account numbers or documents.

Checkout

Pay from your bank (ACH, 1–3 business days) or by card through an approved partner.

Platform fee

A 5% fee is added on top. The full bill amount goes to the utility. Not tax-deductible.

Returns & refunds

If a payment is reversed, the fee is reversed too.

Households anywhere in the U.S. can request help with electric or water bills. Requests open soon — submitting doesn’t guarantee payment.

Large-scale giving

Individuals, families and high-net-worth supporters can use Private Giving to cover dozens or thousands of bills nationwide, with a dedicated concierge and full anonymity.
